Classes Timetable

Our wide variety of fitness classes will keep things fun and motivating! Learn some new dance steps, challenge yourself in a boot camp, or build confidence and burn calories with kick boxing. Older adults looking for a more relaxed pace will enjoy our "55+ Circuit" classes.
We also offer many mind/body options including yoga and Pilates where you can strengthen and energize both your body and your mind while improving stability, mobility and focus. Make sure that you sign up for your favorite class.

A CORE FITNESS membership or ‘drop-in’ is required to attend any fitness class.

Zumba

Kickboxing / Cardio

Learn a cardio-kickboxing routine that will leave you dripping in sweat! This high intensity workout will challenge your whole body with punches, kicks and core combinations.

Boot Camp

This class is characterized by their high intensity intervals coupled with toning recovery periods to burn calories and define your muscles. The class includes cardio, plyometrics, strength training and core work.

55+ Circuit

A circuit training class that includes both cardiovascular and strength training exercises designed specifically for individuals 55+.

  • Increased muscle strength through it full range of motion. Decrease in joint pain and inflammation. Improved balance and coordination.

Pilates

With a focus on core stability including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neural aligment and breathing this class help restore the natural curves of the spin, relieve tension and help create long, lean muscle mass.

  • Extremely well-balanced workout. Pilates targets muscle endurance to create long lean muscles. All exercise work through full ranges of motion creating great muscle definition and flexibility.

Yoga / Beginner

Gentle stretching exercises and breathing control. This class includes: standing, sitting and reclined poses. This class is taught with music and it is the foundation for all other yoga styles. This class is appropriate for those who have never done yoga before.

  • Increase range of motion in the hips, spine and shoulders. Decrease stress and induce relaxation. Participants will also noticed increase strength in both their lower and upper body.

Yoga /

Be prepared to sweat! This class will follow the original Primary Series which includes lots of leg & core strength. This class has an increased pace an is more challenging. Some yoga knowledge will be an asset for this class.

  • Increase pace of the class will get you sweating. This will improve cardiovascular fitness (blood pressure and resting heart rate). Flexibility will improve dramatically as continued flow sequences steadily stretch all major joints and muscles.

Yoga / Nidra

Literally means yoga sleep. This class is ideal for anyone suffering stress or has trouble sleeping. It includes gentle yoga poses to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation.

  • Extremely relaxed state of mind. Similar results to having a massage both your body and your mind will feel revitalized and rejuvenated.

Yogalates

A great combination class that includes a mix of yoga postures and challenging Pilates exercises. This class will fatigue your muscles, but leave you stretched and relaxed.

  • By blending yoga and Pilates together the result is well toned muscles that are both strong and flexible.

Weight training focused workout that targets A (arms), B (butts) and C (core) with simple and effective exercises.

Last 10lbs Outdoor Bootcamp

Yoga / Sunrise Outdoor

Greet the day with a new appreciation by joining us each week for Sunrise Yoga. This class will Entourage you to rise early and get active. Don´t let the early morning derer you, this is a great way to start your day. Try it, it´s more invigorating than a double latte and better for you.

Kid´s Zumba

Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, including hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination.

Additional Informations

Kid's classes are not included in a regular membership. Classes will need a minimum of 5 participants pre-registered for class to run. All classes are once a week for 8 weeks.

Kid´s Kickboxing

Our Cardio Kickboxing Kids classes gives your child a chance to learn basic cardio kickboxing techniques in a fun and exciting program that he/she will never forget! The main benefits are:
