Classes Timetable
Our wide variety of fitness classes will keep things fun and motivating! Learn some new dance steps, challenge yourself in a boot camp, or build confidence and burn calories with kick boxing. Older adults looking for a more relaxed pace will enjoy our "55+ Circuit" classes.
We also offer many mind/body options including yoga and Pilates where you can strengthen and energize both your body and your mind while improving stability, mobility and focus. Make sure that you sign up for your favorite class.
Our Fitness Class Schedule is updated on a regular basis and is subject to change. Contact CORE FITNESS for more information or check this page for updates. While we make every effort to advise of class changes, we may not be able to communicate last-minute cancellations to you before the scheduled class start time.

A CORE FITNESS membership or ‘drop-in’ is required to attend any fitness class.
Registration 24 hours advance is required for included classes. Classes are subject to cancellation if there are less than 5 participants. Underlined classes are subject to additional Fee. Classes with * are 45 min express classes all other classes are 55 min.
